The exhibition will feature show-cooking by starred chefs, the recreation of a hotel equipped with the latest innovations in interior design and technological applications, coffee tastings, talks, conferences and debates as well as a space dedicated to start-ups.

The Hostelco Live Arena, on the other hand, will be the space where debates, conferences and presentations will be held by more than 80 restaurant and hospitality experts to address issues related to design, interiors, sustainability, new business concepts, customer experience and usage. disruptive technologies. In addition to tastings and demonstrations on how to prepare and drink coffee, the space called “Hostelco Live Moments” will also include new food options and the latest trends in pastry, ice cream, baking and cocktails. , creating a “soft” and stimulating space. .
The show will also feature a Speakers Corner, which will serve as a meeting point for manufacturers, distributors and technical services. About thirty conferences will focus on equipment upgrades, maintenance processes, safety, regulations and certifications.
