A new event space is now open and available for rent in downtown Vancouver. Ripple Space is located on the fourth floor of the Hurley Building at 275 West Third Street.
Named after the notion of the ripple effect, the space is centered on the idea that everything we do – every conversation, every meeting, every event – creates a ripple in our community that collectively pushes us towards something. something bigger. One good choice leads to another, and positivity follows positivity.
Vancouver-based business leader and philanthropist Heidi Johnson Bixby owns the venue and created it to provide Clark County nonprofits and businesses with a unique place to gather, create, learn and connect. . The venue includes two large meeting rooms – rented together or separately – and is ideal for board meetings, strategic planning retreats, fundraising events and milestone celebrations.
The Ripple Space is distinctive, premium, modern and flexible. It includes a catering kitchen, a conference-style room fully equipped with audiovisual equipment such as a projector, video camera and full sound system, and another large room for events. The space offers spectacular views of Mount Hood, the Columbia River, and Vancouver’s growing waterfront.
“It’s a beautiful space,” said Hannah Taylor, events manager for Ripple Space. “And it’s amazing how we can transform and adapt the space to the type of event we need. It’s full of possibilities. »
